With ease he quotes references over the past few centuries, clearly explains the known ethnobotanical and scientific literature, and then tells you exactly how to use this plant for improving health in easy to understand terms. But even then, there was no let up on the age and insecurity references; Matt seems to be 26, not 18.Beyond that there were a lot of editing/wording errors and logic lapses. Read Bob Gates's descriptions of Congress in his book, "Duty": Members of the House Foreign Affairs Committee were "rude, nasty, and stupid." Senators were "hypocritical and obtuse."
