This book held a lot of promise, but its repeated overtones of arrogance and self-importance distract from the periodic descriptions of life as an interpreter in Afghanistan. I have made plenty of thai soups and none came close to what I would get at a thai restaurant. Sometimes I'm strong but I've had a sick baby for the past month and that led me to saying yes to my strong wild child more often than not because I was too weary to fight. It does not deal with Windows, Macintosh or other personal computers. I love this book! It is a great tool for introducing nutrition concepts to a nation plagued with an ever-increasing obese and overweight population of children. She is barely shocked at this, and they aren't mentioned again. You can read finish it in a waiting room or take your time and let the story slowly unfold. The protests and wartime skirmishes are adequate, but not the best Cavanaugh's ever come up with.Comments: This is a fitting end to the An American Family Portrait series. Jazzmyn is an exotic
