The book is very useful, but the Kindle Edition I bought is problematic, because the equations are small and will not rescale or zoom, either on my Windows PC version of Kindle software, or on my Android Kindle software. "Free trade" is a misnomer in the context of unequal power relationships between the rich North and the developing countries of the South. I didn't know that troop ships habitually had animals (not always dogs) on board, partly to keep up morale but also because some animals could perform other useful tasks.
