This book has NOTHING to do with the original textbook! The key terms and key ideas presented in the chapters of the source material are not included in this text! Also, there are several terms that are defined throughout this "study guide" that are nowhere in the original text. Great information and easy to read. Worth checking out some sample pages on Amazon to see if the recipes will be useful to you, and if you're finding difficulty implementing what's in the Bird book, this one provides better instructions..
