Reading the user manual was a lesson in brain numbing. This is the first book that I've read by James Lee Hard and I loved it. I loved this book, lots of great advice and motivation. Egoscue distinguishes three categories, but if you use a PC more than about an hour a day, you are in the third category. Bought this for my husband who is a Woody Guthrie fan. He then moves into politics, using his common touch with the people and his skills of persuasion and blackmail with the nobility to become the ruler of the Republic. Great Multimedea production with a lot of artefacts and info.. Constant emails informing me of shipments. If you are interested in the possibility of life beyond Earth, I recommend that you read this book. Highly recommended!. This is a very thorough book, one that will keep you reading for a long time - while you are making our body years younger than your chronological age.
